Project development schedule and foreseen activities during the 2007-2008 academic year
  • September 2007- january 2008. Investigation, development and implementation of the first phase. Starting of some practices and specific experiments related with the secondary school curriculum, mainly Electronics, Electrotechnics and Industrial Tecnology.
  • November-December, 2007. Contacts with entities, high-schools and people interested in helping.
  • November 29, 2007. Sign-down in the I Congreso de Innovación Educativa, organizad by the Universidad de Salamanca and the Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia.
  • November 30, 2007. Inscription and participation in the IV edición del Premio a la Innovación Pedagógica con Internet 2007-2008, organizad by Foro de Experiencias Pedagógicas de la Fundación Encuentro.
  • February 1, 2 and 3, 2008. Participation in I Congreso de Innovación Educativa, Madrid, organizad by the Universidad de Salamanca and sponsored by Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia.
  • April 24, 2008. Presentation of the Project iLabRS, in ETSETB, to the students and teachers of Catalan high-schools participating in the first trial. Visit to the laboratory and other installations of the ETSETB and UPC laboratories.
  • April 24 to May 11, 2008. Starting of the trial. Experimentation in different schools. First phase of the Remote Laboratory iLabRS.
  • May 6 to May 20, 2008. Evaluation of the experiment in the first trial and assessment of the results.
  • May 20 to May 27, 2008. Result analysis, determination of the errors and inconvenient parts, and evaluation of the pedagogical impact and conclusions.
  • Befote May 31, 2008. Participation in the IV edición del Premio a la Innovación Pedagógica con Internet 2007-2008, organized by Foro de Experiencias Pedagógicas de la Fundación Encuentro.
  • June 2008. Improvement and amendment of the system depending on detected problems and obtained results.
  • July 2008. Planning of the second phase. Working plan for the academic year 2008-2009.
  • September 2008. Divulgation of the Project among the educative community. Elaboration of the 2007-2008 project report. Increasing of the working group with more schools, professionals in the academic world and institutions interested in participating in the Projecte d’Innovació Educativa iLabRS.
